The Creo supports PostScript 3, so it can use the Mac's LaserWriter driver. The only other thing you need is the printer's PPD file. This is a text file that lists the printers features and options, with the PostScript commands needed to access them. Without that, the driver will not know about the various trays, colour capability, etc.
As it is a text file, you can use the same file under OSX, Windows, linux, etc.Try extracting the PPD from an earlier driver version, or even from a downloaded Windows driver. It will have a.PPD extension.

Copy this file to Library/Printers/PPDs/Cont ents/Resou rce/ and then install the printer. When asked for the printer model, browse to the PPD.
